The new star among the profile systems for LVT coverings and for high-quality stairs - The safety requirements for the installation of floor coverings are generally strict - but this is especially true for stair treads, where the durability of the profiles is important and slip resistance must be guaranteed. Parkettfreund® has developed the stair nosing profile system Ambiente especially for this field of application. With this screw system, 4 - 9 mm covering heights with LVT, SPC, laminate and carpet (5 - 12 mm) can be laid flexibly, because the two-part system is universally adjustable in height. The profile system consisting of BASE and TOP profile is extremely robust and just as easy to install as all other stair nosing profile systems by Parkettfreund®. In addition, the easy-to-install two-part system can be installed on straight and spiral staircases and landings.

Mounting instructions

Fastening method - for screwing:

Cut profile to size - drill holes - insert dowels - screw in base profile - or screw in directly - observe specified expansion joints - attach top profile and screw in place

Fastening method - for gluing:

Cut profile to size - substrate should be level, firm, dry and load-bearing - clean substrate with a suitable cleaner - position and press on base profile - observe specified expansion joints - position and screw on top profile
