Round corners

Safety first, high quality and convenient to work with - these are the special features of the stair nosing profiles with "round corners". They are also available as complete step elements, which allow installation without butt edges.
Safety-relevant aspects and rapid processing technology play a decisive role, especially for stair treads in the contract segment. The stair nosing profiles for laying design coverings, CV or linoleum (up to 3 mm) as "round corners" are therefore a preferred choice. Here, decisive features have been further developed: even more time-saving processing without loss of quality and, at the same time, an increase in the safety properties of the profile.

In addition to the usual dimensions of 30 x 30 cm, the profiles are also available with fixed leg lengths of 100 and 150 cm. The corner elements with and without connectors shorten installation times, as time-consuming miter cuts on the construction site are no longer necessary. This processing method avoids sharp edges at the joints and significantly reduces the risk of injury. The result: the specialist can lay stair nosings completely without troublesome butt edges. There is also a special connecting element for laying risers.

To avoid the sharp edges of a normal miter cut, we offer numerous angle profiles as finished angles. Here, a rounded corner is produced in a special manufacturing process.

Round corners are available as standard from the following stair nosing profiles
:859, 860, 862, 870, 871, 845 or 846

For the following profiles, round 90° corners can also be produced on request
:861, 863, 864, 872, 873, 874, 875, 236, 235, 225, 227, 228 and 229

In addition, it is possible to manufacture special dimensions or complete steps in U-shape on request. In addition, 90° corners are also possible, e.g. for profile types 901, 806 ff. or 809 ff.

The following angle profiles are available as finished angles: 279, 225, 227, 228, 229, 235 and 236.
